Destination Gudel by Silichong peak is a new concept trekking trail by Belmont Adventure. It lies lower east of Solukhumbu valley suitable for those getting old, family, students, or on honeymoon holiday to understand about traditional culture and livelihood of the Kulung Rai people. They still follow customs during birth, death, marriage, and other rituals like mobo, Nagi, and Jhakri are performed on various occasions with different musical instruments and danced with traditional dress.
The approach to Gudel, the trekking passes through many Kulung Rai settlements like Sotang, Bung, and Cheskam waterfall, river, streams, chirping birds, deep green forest of pine and rhododendrons blooming in the spring season, and wild insects alongside a unique experience amidst hills and the delightful mountain of Chaarpate Himal.
Another major attraction of this route is Salpa Lake and Silichhong peak which is a breathtaking bird's eye view of Mt. Everest, Mt. Nuptse, Lhotse, Mera Peak, Mt. Chamlamg, Mt.Number, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Chalachuli and Mt.kanchanjanga range.
You also get an opportunity to ascertain the Arun river, which adds a new dimension to those attractions.

Day 02: Drive to Bung

Day 03: Trek to Chheskam village

Day 04: Trek Chheskam to Gudel village

Day 05: Trek to Sanam

Day 06: Trek to Salpa Pokhari

Day 07: Ascend to Silichong Peak and trek to Joubari

Day 08: Trek to Tamataar

Day 09: Trek to Tumlingtaar

Day 10: Fly Back Kathmandu

Day 11: Final departure to home country

Mahakulung village via Siluchong trekking is our fifth trip trekking in Nepal. we peaked this trip up because we didn't want to go high places in mountain. our trip was 14 days itinerary covering, the trekking passes through many Kulung Rai settlement Sotang, Bung and Cheskam impressive waterfall , river, streams, chirping birds, deep green forest of pine and rhododendrons blooming and wild insect along with wonderful experience amidst hills and beautiful mountain of chaarpate himal. Another major attraction of this route is Salpa lake and Silichho peak breathtaking view of including Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Mera, Chamlamg, Number, Mt. Makalu, Chalachuli and Mt. Kanchanjanga range. Our staffs were professional, kind and skillful. we would recommend Belmont Adventure for any trekking trip and I would use them again in the future.
