Combing the Langtang valley trek with the beautiful holy Lake Gosainkunda and Helambu region overcrossing Lauri Binayak is one of the extraordinary trekking destinations in the Langtang region. This trek offers a wilderness experience in Langtang and Helambu Regions.
Trekking to higher Langtang valley provides excellent views of snowcapped upraised mountains. The trail takes up to Gosainkunda via Thulo Syabru through green forest and alpine meadows, and then we cross Laurebina La pass. After crossing Lauri Binayak, we drop to Helambu valley with a forested green hill down the valley. We undergo the gorgeous remote villages in the Helambu region and finish our trek at Sundarijal.
Trip Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, pick up at the airport and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Drive to Sundarijal and Trek to Chisapani
Day 03: Trek Chisapani to Golphu Bhanjyang (2,140 m / 7,020 ft)
Day 04: Trek Golphu Bhanjyang to Magin Goth (3,285 m / 10,777 ft)
Day 05: Trek Magin Goth to Ghopte (3,520 m / 11,548 ft)
Day 06: Trek Gopte to Phedi (3,740 m / 12,270 ft)
Day 07: Trek Phedi to Gosainkunda lake (4,400 m / 14,435 ft) after crossing Lauri binayak pass (3,920 m / 12,860 ft)
Day 08: Trek Gosainkunda to Thulo Syabru (2,260 m / 7,414 ft)
Day 09: Trek Thulo Sybru to Lama Hotel (2,380 m / 7,808 ft)
Day 10: Trek Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3,430 m / 11,253 ft)
Day 11: Trek Langtang village to Kyangin Gomba (3,870 m / 12,696 ft)
Day 12: Side trip to Tserko Ri (4,984 m / 16,352 ft)
Day 13: Trek back to Lama Hotel
Day 14: Trek to Syabrubensi (1,460 m / 4,790 ft)
Day 15: Drive back to Kathmandu
