Nar Phu Valley trek starts from Jagat following the favored trekking routes of Annapurna Circuit trail then branch faraway from Koto to follow the off the beaten track to Nar Phu valley within the north of Manang and pass the Kang La pass with magnificent panorama of Annapurna massifs. The Kang La pass links Nar with Manang and three other Bhotia villages within the Neyshang valley. The valley system above exposes to an enormous expanse of high snow-peaks, ancient villages and high altitude grazing settlements. Trekking to the present hidden mountain valley offers medieval Tibetan culture in undisturbed form, dramatic mountains view and great alpine sceneries.

Day 07 : Trek Meta - Phu village (4,250m)

Day 08 : Acclimatization at Phu village

Day 09 : Phu village - Nar village(4,110m)

Day 10 : Acclimatization and Exploration day at Nar village

Day 11 : Trek Naar - Kang La pass(5,322m ) - Ngwal(3,660m)

Day 12 : Trek Ngwal - Manang(3,540m)

Day 13 : Trek Manang - Yak Kharka(4,020m)

Day 14 : Trek Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi(4,540m)

Day 15 : Trek Thorong Phedi - Thorong La(5,416m ) - Muktinath(3,800m)

Day 16 : Trek Muktinath - Jomsom(2,720m)

Day 17 : Fly Jomsom - Pokhara

Day 18 : Fly Pokhara - Kathmandu

Day 19 : Final departure, drop to International airport
